Princess Mononoke: Image Album [LP]

Finally got my hands on this after waiting for the LP series to catch up, and the pressing is beautifully quiet with a warm, rich sound that does the score justice. The gatefold artwork is crisp and the vinyl itself feels hefty and well-made.

The packaging quality matches the other Ghibli LP releases in this series, and the pressing itself is wonderfully quiet between tracks. The album's haunting orchestral and vocal pieces finally get the analog warmth they deserve, and I've already spun side one three times tonight.

The gatefold art is gorgeous in person, and the pressing itself is dead quiet between tracks. I’ve spun it three times already and the orchestral swells sound huge on my setup.
