Weathering With You [Blu-ray + DVD]

The packaging is nice and compact, and having both Blu-ray and DVD in one case makes it easy to share with friends who haven't upgraded their players yet. Watched it twice already—the soundtrack and those rain-soaked city scenes still give me chills every time.

The 4K transfer is stunning—every raindrop in Tokyo feels crisp and alive, exactly what you'd want for Shinkai's visuals. I've watched it twice already and the English dub is surprisingly well-cast alongside the original Japanese track.

The bonus features alone—especially the interview with Makoto Shinkai—make this set worth picking up, and the disc menu is surprisingly easy to navigate. I've watched it twice already and the animation still gives me chills every time.
