千と千尋の神隠し ライブ・オン・ステージ [Blu-ray]

The puppets of the beloved characters are so expressive you forget they're not real actors, and the dizzying set designs make you feel like you're right in the bathhouse. I've watched it twice already and still catch new details in the choreography each time.

The stage adaptation really shines on Blu-ray—the puppets and set designs are so detailed you can pause and spot new things every time. My daughter and I have already watched the musical numbers three times just to take in all the craftsmanship.

Bought this for the puppets alone, and they’re even more expressive on screen than I imagined—the way No-Face moves is genuinely unsettling. The musical numbers come through crisp on the Blu-ray, and the stage’s scale actually feels massive in my living room. Rewatching it twice already.
