The animation is absolutely gorgeous, the way the robots and humans blend together in those neon-soaked Martian streets is mesmerizing. It arrived in perfect condition and the 4K transfer makes every detail pop.

The Blu-ray transfer is crisp enough that the red Martian dust practically stings your eyes, and the extras on the disc about the robot design are a nice deep dive. I've watched it twice already, once for the story and once just to pause on the background details.
