Goodbye, Don Glees! [Blu-ray + DVD]

The forest fire plotline really pulls you in, and the way the three friends' bond develops over their adventure feels genuine. I popped in the Blu-ray on a rainy Sunday and was surprised how involved I got with their backyard quests.

The forest fire plot pulls you in right away, and the three boys feel like real friends you'd want to tag along with. Video quality on the Blu-ray is crisp, and the DVD copy is a nice backup for when I'm traveling.

The bonus features alone make this worth it—the behind-the-scenes on how they animated the forest fire scenes is fascinating. I've watched the Blu-ray twice already, and the picture quality really makes the trio's backyard adventures pop.
