Ronja, The Robber's Daughter [บลูเรย์]

Goro Miyazaki's adaptation of Astrid Lindgren's novel hits all the right emotional notes, and the Blu-ray's lush forest scenes really pop on my TV. My kids were glued to the screen, and the English dub is surprisingly well done for a foreign animation.

The picture quality on this Blu-ray is gorgeous—the forest scenes are so crisp you can almost feel the moss. I picked it up for the kids, but the International Emmy-winning storytelling kept me glued to the screen just as much as them.

The picture quality on this Blu-ray is stunning, and the colors really bring the Swedish forest to life. It’s such a heartwarming adventure, and knowing it won an International Emmy makes it feel like a special addition to my Ghibli collection.
