The first feature-length film from the acclaimed studio TRIGGER, creators of the hit series KILL la KILL and Little Witch Academia, and director Hiroyuki Imaishi (GURREN LAGANN, KILL la KILL), Promare uses a bold cel-shaded visual style to tell a blistering action-adventure story and is the spiritual successor to many of director Imaishi’s former works.

Thirty years have passed since the appearance of the Burnish, a race of flame-wielding mutant beings, who destroyed half of the world with fire. When a new group of aggressive mutants calling themselves Mad Burnish appears, the epic battle between Galo Thymos, a new member of the anti-Burnish rescue team Burning Rescue, and Lio Fotia, the leader of Mad Burnish begins.

    Joshua ★★★★★

The steelbook art is so clean and vibrant in person, and having both Blu-ray and DVD in one case is perfect for when I visit my parents. I've watched the film three times already, and the transfer looks incredible on my OLED.

    Robert D. ★★★★★

Honestly, this steelbook case is a work of art on its own, but the fact it packs both the Blu-ray and DVD in one set makes it a no-brainer for any TRIGGER fan. I've already rewatched the firefighting scenes twice just to catch every crazy animation detail.

    David ★★★★★

The 4K transfer on this is so crisp it makes the fire scenes pop like I'm seeing them for the first time, and the steelbook art is even better in person. I've already rewatched it twice since it arrived yesterday.
