Category: How-to Guides

Find out what's included in the Weathering With You Blu-ray + DVD combo pack, how to choose between discs, and what special features to expect.

Quick answer

The Weathering With You Blu-ray + DVD combo pack includes both a Blu-ray and a DVD disc, so you can watch the film in high definition or standard definition depending on your player and TV setup.

Why a combo pack makes sense

If you're not sure whether your setup supports Blu-ray, the combo pack covers you: the Blu-ray delivers the best picture and sound, while the DVD ensures you can still watch the movie on older players or in the car. It's a flexible option for households with mixed devices.

The Blu-ray disc is the better choice when you have a 1080p or 4K TV and a Blu-ray player, because it holds more data and supports higher-quality audio. The DVD is fine for standard-definition screens and portable players, but you'll lose some sharpness and detail.

Disc contents FAQ

What discs are included?: The combo pack includes one Blu-ray disc and one DVD disc. Both contain the full feature film.
Which disc should I play?: Use the Blu-ray if you have a Blu-ray player and an HDTV or 4K TV. Use the DVD if your player only supports DVDs or if you're watching on a standard-definition screen. Check your player's label for the Blu-ray logo before choosing.
Are there special features?: The catalog listing doesn't specify special features for this release, so the exact extras are not confirmed. Check the back cover or product page for the final list before purchase. If bonus content is important to you, verify the extras listed on the retailer's page.
